I stayed at Hotel Spa Rusalka as a transit during my travel, and it was conveniently located near the nearest airport, which was only 66 km away. The hotel's proximity to the airport made it very convenient for me, as I didn't have to travel a long distance to reach my next destination.
One minor negative feature I noticed during my stay was that the hotel could be quite noisy, particularly during the season. This meant that even during the night, I had to keep the windows closed to block out the noise.

The hotel's location was excellent as it was near the lake and had a good view. The room was relatively well-maintained and clean. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious with a wide variety of options that you could choose from.
The service at the hotel did not live up to expectations. Despite the availability of staff, they seemed very uninterested in catering to our needs. The temperature control in the room did not work well, making it very hard to sleep. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was not strong, and it was difficult to connect to it.

We spent our Christmas holiday here and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfy with nice views of the lake, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the fact that they provided a shuttle service to the nearby town, where we could find more dining options and do some shopping. , the spa treatments were really relaxing and the sauna was a great way to unwind after a long day out.
The food at the hotel restaurant could definitely improve. While breakfast was decent, the lunch and dinner options were quite limited and didn't meet our expectations.

I loved the "broad selection" of massages, especially when I was "also" able to enjoy a nice Polish cuisine meal on the terrace. The spa facilities were delightful too.
Just one small problem, it was such a shame that the towels in the bathroom were torn and I had to buy my own.
